One of those far and in-between days when I slipped into my past work-life...
Test plans and project plans back then, curriculum and lesson plans now
Bustling project activities then, bustling class rooms with dynamic teens now
Sophisticated work spaces, access to latest technology, longer breaks, unlimited coffee, more adult-ly ambiance, fun of the team, friends, meaningful conversations, ...definitely dearly missed but not sufficient enough for me to return.
What eventually matters is running a more settled home and breathing in life a little slower..to be able to make a difference in an adolescent's life both at home and at school feels deeper and more meaningful now... Contentment. Don't know what would maintain the balance in future!!
